LinkedIn is keen to remain its origin purpose and the reason why we all love it. ❌ However, LinkedIn recently announced that those ‘abusing’ the ‘personal posts’ for likes will be pinalised by the algorithm. The reality is that personal posts get you the most engagement and grows your following fast. Meaning, it is set up to promote and share a specific type of content to ensure that audience remain on the platform. Just as any other social media platform, LinkedIn has an algorithm. It is a sentence I often hear whenever speaking about LinkedIn being a great tool for professional and personal growth. Though we are not at the end of the quarter yet I already know that one of my goals will not be achieved: Last week I got to celebrate another milestone, as I reached my 1k followers and this week I get to celebrate my failure.
